Thank you for your interest in applying to Cornerstone Community School. Below you will find important date and contact information as well as a guideline to help you consider and complete the process. Please contact us anytime with questions.

Parent Visitation Days
Due to space limitations a reservation is required (949-595-0070)

We are sorry, but children may not attend a Visitation Day out of respect 

We are still accepting applications for admissions for the 2011-12 school year.   Please contact the admissions administrator for more information. 

How to Apply to Cornerstone:

Step 1:  Attend a Visitation Day

Visitation Days are offered five times a year beginning in December.  Both Mom and Dad need to attend.  Please call the Admissions Administrator to make your reservation. You will have the opportunity to visit classrooms and view curriculum and student work and projects.  Come hear about everything from our philosophy to field trips!  Both mom and dad need to attend.  Application packets will be distributed.

Step 2:  Enroll in a Parenting Class 

Please contact our Parenting Class coordinator to enroll in our "Training Hearts for Jesus" Parenting Class , by calling the Training Hearts for Jesus parenting ministry office at 949-364-2278 or emailing ContactUs@TrainingHearts.org.    It is preferable to begin a class in the fall/winter prior to enrolling your child in Cornerstone.  Both parents need to successfully complete the class as a requirement for admission.

Step 3:  Talk and Pray About It

Discuss educational options as a family and ask God for His direction before you make the next move.  Pray together!

Step 4:  Fill Out a Family Application

Please return your application to the office as soon as possible.  Interviews are scheduled on a first-come, first- served basis.  

Step 5:  Schedule a Family Interview & Academic Testing

Once we have received your application we will contact you to schedule these dates.

Step 6:  Acceptance to Cornerstone

You should hear from us by phone within 1-4 weeks of your family interview.  An acceptance packet will be mailed to you shortly thereafter.

Step 7:  Attend Our Summer In-Service (Held in August on a Saturday)

Dad & Mom will need to attend in order to obtain vital information for the upcoming school year.
